- You open a payment dispute without contacting our support team first.
- You're having trouble setting up the product due to lack of technical experience.
- Your hosting environment doesn't meet the required system specs.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- You don't request a refund after 72 hours of purchase if we don't hear from you at this time, we assume everything is working fine and won't process refunds after this period.
